I think someone (maybe Kathy) requested some tips for stir frying. I found this in the latest Sunset magazine in an article about cooking Vietnamese food. We'll experiment with some of the flavors and recipes and let you know!
THANK YOU Jennifer! I think my problem is that I don't have the right pan. (Sure, that's it.) :) We don't have a wok . . . and our only other choices are non-stick or cast iron. I might have to do some shopping before the summer garden veggies come in full force! (Oh, don't worry . . . I have PLENTY of time!!!) :)
